The evening ended with presentation of the awards.

The Chamber Legacy Award was also awarded on Friday night. This award recipient is selected by the Chamber Board of Director to recognize individual(s), or business, who have made an impact on the community over a ten year or more period. This year the award was presented to Gerald Price of GPI Chartered Accountants. Eighteen years ago, Gerald moved his young family to Fernie and took over a local business. He grew the business through great customer service and incorporated new technologies. Gerald is always willing to share his knowledge by delivering education sessions for the Chamber.
