Silver Lining Therapeutic Recreation Service offers non-medical, in-home support for people isolated in their homes as a result of declines in functioning due to aging, injury, illness or other disabling conditions. Providing, but not limited to:
-individual assessment of interests & needs
-Leisure activities
-Transportation & Errands
-Respite Care
