Women's Workout Society of Fernie

At the start of November 2011, a core group of keen Fernie women, Women’s Workout Society of Fernie, will be training at a new venue, that being the basement of the Lutheran Church. The society has a collection of resistance machines, pads, an elliptical, and a cool down-stretching station. Women “buddy up”, perspire, and feel great after their individual workout.
As the Women’s Workout Society of Fernie, is a non-profit group, each woman volunteers for the various jobs, some menial, some fun, but all essential for the betterment and survival of the group. This society belongs equally to each and every woman involved within the group.
All interested women are welcome to come and join. The sign up fee is $100 and this is payment for the first four months of your membership. After every four months, there will be a meeting and discussions to see how we collectively can improve our society. A four month payment will be collected again.
Various social activities are planned within the Women’s Workout Society of Fernie and the group plans on being involved in many community functions.
