Flying to the Canadian Rockies Just Got Easier!

Canadian Rockies International Airport is located on Airport Access Road, a short distance off Highway 95A, approximately 15 km from Cranbrook and 20 km from Kimberley. Long-term and short-term vehicle parking is available in the main lot in front of the Air Terminal Building.

Prepaid parking is in effect. One parking machine is located outside the terminal building and a second machine is located just inside the departures doors. Visa, MasterCard, Bills and Coin are accepted methods of payment.

Air Canada Jazz- offers air service to the Main Terminal at the Vancouver International Airport and also flies to Calgary in conjunction with Central Mountain Air.

Integra Air- offers direct nonstop service to the Executive Flight Centre at the Edmonton International Airport with convenient flight times to connect with Fort McMurray and beyond.

Pacific Coastal Airlines- flies to and from the South Terminal at the Vancouver Airport, making travel to Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland easier than ever!

The next closest commercial air services are available through Calgary (3.5 hrs drive), and Kalispell, Montana (2 hr drive).

Recreational air service is available at the Elk Valley Airport and the Elko airstrip. The Elk Valley Airport has a modern paved landing strip that is 4000 ft long and 100 ft wide, and is located 8 km north of Sparwood (40 km NE of Fernie).

Small airplane and helicopter charter services are available. Big Horn Helicopters now offers service between Calgary, Kimberley, Canmore, Panorama, and Fernie.
